In order to maintain the performance of the garment, it is essential that the care instructions for each individual garment are followed. In between washing, it is important to remember that salt is a desiccant and will attract moisture. Consequently, all your Henri Lloyd foul weather gear should be rinsed periodically using fresh water to prevent salt from accumulating. This will reduce the cold, clammy feeling when first putting the garment on and will significantly increase the level of comfort for the wearer. When you have finished using your Henri Lloyd garments and before stowing them away, ensure they are thoroughly dried. Do not use direct heat or leave exposed to strong sunlight when drying. |

1. Wash
• Pure Soap Treatment.
• Effectively cleans without stripping away any inherent water repellency.
How to apply:
Before emptying the contents of the sachet into the detergent compartment, ensure that it is free from any residues.
• Do not use a ball dispenser.
• Do not use fabric conditioner.
• Ensure that the garment can move about freely. Wash the garment following the manufacturer's guidelines. Now you can either dry the garment or reproof it.
Caution: Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes and prolonged contact with skin.
2. HLP
• RE-Proofing Treatment
• Provides durable water repellency without impairing breathability.
How to apply: Empty the contents of the sachet into the detergent compartment.
• Do not use fabric conditioner.
• Ensure that the garment can move about freely. Wash and dry following the manufacturer's guidelines.
