The present generation of high tech racing boats require equally high tech deck gear that accurately corresponds with the current evolution in performance, output efficiency, weight reduction and ergonomics. Karver utilizes the most recent generation of 3D modelling and numeric simulation software, to test material stress and ergonomics, thereby creating the highest weight/stress ratio and reliability in their future products. Following the numeric study, all Karver products are bench tested under various loads to determine resistance to wear and failure point. Karver Systems is structured to react promptly and efficiently to requests for the design and production of custom parts.

The standard Karver blocks are assembled with rollers and balls bearing ensuring a very low friction. These blocks are ideal for applications, where a line under high load must run for a long distance (sheets, halyards....).

About Karver High Load Blocks

The high load Karver blocks are assembled with self lubricating bearings (Composit fibres impregnated with Teflon) ensuring a very high working load and breaking strength in proportion to their size. These blocks are ideal for applications, where a line must not run long distance under high load. (E.g. runners, barber haulers, halyards).
