Schaefer Spring loaded Lead blocks

Schaefer Lead Blocks on Slides have been the standard of the marine industry for over thirty years. Schaefer Spring loaded Lead blocks allow jib and Genoa sheets to be sheeted at any angle. 360 degree block rotation. Heavy duty stand-up springs.

Schaefer Twin Sheet Lead Blocks

Schaefer Twin Sheet Lead Blocks feature an extra wide sheave and cage design that allows for the passage of two jib sheets. Ideal on racing boats to allow quick sail changes. Low profile design keeps sheets close to the deck for proper lead to deck mounted winches. Aluminum sheaves feature NTE Nomex/Teflon bearings. Spring pin stops allow quick adjustment for changing wind conditions.

Schaefer's classic "Half Moon" lead blocks

Schaefer's classic "Half Moon" lead blocks are made from 316 stainless steel. Spring loaded hinge design prevents the block cage from hitting the deck. "Half Moon" design keeps Genoa sheet low for a better lead to foot blocks and deck mounted winches. Sheaves can be removed for inspection and service. "UC" Sheave standard with a combination of NTE and ball bearings.

Schaefer Genoa Sliders

Schaefer Eye Slides are made from Type 316 stainless steel. Welds are gas shielded and quenched. Tumbled, Polished, and Passivated for a lasting shine. Slides for 1" and 1-1/4" tracks incorporate our custom slide liner system.

Schaefer T-Tracks

Schaefer Standard "T" Track is made from 6061-T6 aluminum. Precision machined for proper countersink depths on fastener and stop pin holes. The bottom of the track is curved to fit most spar sections or to allow for proper sealant bedding on flat surfaces. 3/4" and 1-1/2" tracks are available in black only. 1" AND 1 1/4" track is available in hard coat black or silver anodize finishes. Longer lengths are available. Please contact our customer service department for information.

Schaefer "Race" track is the same fine quality as our standard "T" track but features three stop pin holes between fastener holes. Additional stop pin holes allow for fine adjustment of jib lead blocks to get the perfect sail shape in any wind condition. "Race" track is available in 1" and 1-1/4" Sizes with black anodized finish only.
