 Schaefer's smallest over-the-headstay systems utilizes Torlon™ bearing races, composite torque tube and two-piece snap together interlocking high-grade PVC extrusion. Light weight, high strength and smooth operation makes installation a snap.

 The newest SnapFurl uses the snap over-the-headstay, interlocking extrusion system. It requires no headstay modifications. Schaefer quality engineering utilizes Torlon™ bearings, machined aluminum torque tube and drum plates.

 System 750, our smallest all metal furler, is an excellent first step into smooth and reliable furling/reefing. Round, single groove extrusions provide a quick and easy roll. Optional fairlead arm with mounted bullseye provides an excellent lead for boats without bow pulpits.

Low-friction bearing inserts eliminate metal-to-metal headstay contact for less noise and easier turning.
