Overseas customers please note: Due to the high volume of overseas orders that have been received attempting to use stolen credit cards we have implemented a policy that if we cannot verify your credit card data then we will not ship your order. What is our return policy?
Take advantage of our 30-day return policy. You may order just about anything (not valid for Custom Products), inspect your Mauri Pro Sailing product and if you are not fully satisfied, just return it for a refund provided it has not been used (shipping charges are not re-fundable). All return items are subject to a close inspection prior to acceptance. Refund returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Contact Us before returning any item.
If you find it necessary to return an item to us for replacement or refund, call (817) 426-6264 Repackage it securely in an outer carton. Be sure to include inside the package a copy of your sales record. You must call for a return authorization number before sending any item back to Mauri Pro Sailing.
No packages will be accepted if exterior packaging is damage. All merchandise must be in mint condition and in the original labeled packaging, enclosed within a shipping carton and must include all packaging material. Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions.

Sales Taxes?
We are obligated to collect sales tax on all internet orders originating in Texas.
Out of Stock?
You can order with confidence that all the items that you order are in stock. However, unforeseen demand occasionally result in items that are out of stock. If at time of order an item is not in stock, our customer service department will contact you, if you agree we will put it on order for you. These will be marked as B.O. on the Invoice and will be shipped as soon as we receive them from our suppliers. You may cancel a back-ordered item at any time by calling:

Defective Merchandise:

Order Cancellations:
You may cancel your order for any reason prior to shipment and receive a refund. Should you desire to cancel an item, which has not been shipped, call the Customer Service Department. Avail. 9:00 am - 5:00 pm CST, Monday - Friday, at: 1-888-756-8883
You will be advised if your merchandise has not been shipped and may therefore still be canceled. If the merchandise has already been shipped and a cancellation is allowed, it will be your responsibility to pay the complete shipping and restocking charges.
Orders for Custom Products or Services can not be cancel.

By opening or using a product purchased from us, the purchaser agrees to be bound by the term and conditions of sale as set forth below. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of sale, please ship the product back to us unopened within 5 days of receipt via UPS Ground Service shipping for a full refund, less restocking fees.
Mauri Pro Sailing makes no warranty, either expressed or implied, of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose, and none shall be implied by law. Final determination of suitability of any item sold for the use contemplated by purchaser is the sole responsibility of the purchase, and seller shall have no responsibility in connection with such determination.
Mauri Pro Sailing will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the sale, non-delivery, use or improper function of any equipment purchased from us. The responsibility, if any is imposed, of Mauri Pro Sailing in regard to any item purchased shall be limited to the monetary value of the merchandise purchased.
