Juan Mauri
 Juan is a passionate sailor, always looking forward to talk with other sailors about sail trim, deck layouts, racing techniques and more. He is the President of Mauri Pro Sailing and active supporter of many US and international one design classes and sailing organizations.
Juan Mauri is a world-class one-design sailor and our racing guru. He has been a sail consultant since 1991 for UK Sailmakers and Doyle Sails. While living in South America, Juan won over 15 national titles in IMS, J-24 and Lasers. He represented his native country Peru in the Pan American Games and won the South American Match Racing Championships. ...more

Rod Favela
 He is constantly between his three loves, family, sailing, and nature. He is in charge of our Customer Service Department. Speaks three languages (English, Spanish, Italian, and some German also), and of course, has a great sailing curriculum. Either at the phone or by e-mail, Rod will always give you his expert advice for the best sailing solution for you and your boat. For him (as for all at Mauri Pro Sailing) the $10.000 or the $1 order are equally important, so please do not hesitate to call Rod with any questions or comments.

Maia Caffelli
 Also with multilingual and multicultural background (born in South America from an Italian family, she speaks English, Spanish, and Italian), She does the work that nobody “sees”. She is in charge of the Order Processing and Fulfilling Department, verifying that what you ordered gets to your doorstep on time. Always concerned about keeping the highest quality service standards, her zeal and care keeps us inspired and assured that you will be, at the end, a happy customer.
