HER STORY

“Do what you love and you’ll never work a day in your life”

Lauren grew up in Missouri, but cruised The Bahamas every summer which is where she fell in the love with the ocean. As she grew up, she was fascinated with the idea of sailing the world and made it her goal to buy her own boat and sail. Following her heart has led her to where she is now. She became a marine biologist, captain, and freedive instructor. After college, Lauren took an opportunity and leap of faith by joining friends in The Bahamas to sail and learn the lifestyle. She now has her own 1993 Beneteau Oceanis 510 that she charters in The Bahamas before taking off to sail the world. Her mission is to share this amazing lifestyle with as many people as possible and live every day to the fullest. Lauren’s ultimate dream is to sail the world and teach local children at islands she visits anything and everything about the ocean and her lifestyle.
